Excellent hotel for the Price! Hot breakfast, outdoor pool and hot tub . The pool and hot tub are small but adequate. There is a tree growing right next to the pool area which causes the pool to be littered with leaves. I did a quick clean up with the provided leaf removal net and all was fine Walking distance to great food &dispensary. There are more shopping options like target, movie theaters, and restaurants only a few miles away as well. The room I stayed in was clean and quiet. I specifically requested a quieter room and was happy the hotel accommodated this request. I will definitely be back to stay at this location next time I visit family in Boulder.

What a beautiful property!  Lovely room, super clean, and very comfy beds as well as really nice breakfast the next morning! Front desk staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. Particularly Rachel who checked us in and out— after we left and got to the airport we realized we were missing a sentimental item. Rachel went and personally checked the room and with the staff. Excellent above and beyond customer service! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Boulder area!

I was warmly welcomed by Mark upon check-in. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The location was close to restaurants. The quaint downtown area was a lovely 2-mile walk away, but if you wanted to hire Lyft or Uber, they were readily available. The only room option was a handicapped-accessible room, which turned out to be a bonus, since the bathroom was very roomy. The pool and hot tub looked clean and inviting, but I did not have time to partake.

Stayed here 3 separate times, great hotel and staff. Really close to Boulder, 15 mins to Pearl Street. Great breakfast (fruits, eggs, bacon, yoghurt, cereal, pancakes). Our room had a full length mirror, microwave, couch, 2 TVs, separate sink and bathroom. Plenty of parking. Loved the small touches like the cookies and candy at reception. Shout out to Mark for his restaurant recommendations and hospitality!
